The company is a family owned and operated Building Products Distributor. We started the business in October 1995 with one customer and ten building products. Since then, they have added 40 product lines, 20 employees and 8.4 million in sales for 2007. The majority of the product lines have been added in 2006 & 2007 and account for less than 20% of 2007 sales. They intend to increase their market share in the new product lines over the next few years to ensure plenty of growth potential. 2008 brought new and different opportunities. In Jan. 2008 we started our own specialty contracting division. We can now install selected high end items for our clients instead of just selling the product to the contractor. In March 2008 we started an EPS Coating Manufacturing Company. Our sales for 2008 are up 10% over last year. Our gross profit margins went up over 5% from 27% to 32%. This is due to new higher margin lines and better productivity from our employees.
